FIVE IMPORTANT POINTS
IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT

1. DO NOT LEAVE THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT

Leaving the site of an accident will be construed as an act
of hit-and-run. Remain there until the police arrive.

2. TAKE CARE OF THE INJURED FIRST

Make the injured as comfortable as you can and call 119
    for an ambulance

3. NOTIFY THE POLICE

Call 110 for the police. If your car is on an expressway,
place a warning sign beside your car to warn other drivers
(required by law). Although it is advisable to leave the
accident intact, pull your car to the side if it is blocking
    traffic

4. GET INFORMATION FROM THE OTHER PARTY

Get the name, address, and telephone number of the other
party, and also the name of the insurance company. Be
considerate of the injured and polite to the other party, but
do not admit liability, or make any promise of payment.

5. NOTIFY ACE
Report the details of the accident as soon as possible to ACE.
In the event of a bodily injury accident, a written report of
the accident should be submitted to ACE within 60 days from
the date of the accident. Unreasonable delays will result in
    claims not being paid.
