LIABILITY COVERAGE

This coverage pays in excess of JCI for bodily injury or death of the other party,
for which you are legally liable. You may think that ¥30,000,000 under JCI is enough,
but it certainly isn't so in this country! Recent court awards granted include amounts
up to ¥100,000,000. Are you prepared to pay that much?!

Consult your legal officer or our agent to determine an adequate amount for this
coverage.
*All US Military Bases in Japan require a minimum of ¥30,000,000 in addition to
  JCI and Property Damage Liability Coverage.                                                      

DRIVER/PASSENGERS ACCIDENT COVERAGE

When you buy Bodily Injury Liability Coverage, this coverage will be provided
automatically. This coverage pays for the loss of life or bodily injury to the owner,
driver, or passengers of the insured automobile (up to 14,000,000 per person)
in an accident which does not involve 3rd parties (e.g. hitting a telephone pole)
This pays for losses not covered by CALI. (JCI)
